Order Cancellation Policy

On cancellation with in 48 hours of placing, full refund will be done . We encourage customers to review their orders carefully before making a purchase to ensure they have selected the correct items.

Refunds for Damaged or Defective Products

Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, please allow up to 4-5 business days (for India), 10-15 business days  (Other Countries) for the refund to be processed. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

 

​Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Products that are not damaged or defective.

  • Requests made beyond the 48-hour window after delivery.

  • Orders that have been canceled after processing or shipping.
